We reserve the right to amend or terminate this program at any time for any reason.
1. To participate as a referrer you must have a valid and approved Sikhing account. Once your account is approved you can follow the instructions in the Sikhing app to share your unique referral code with your friends and family
2. For each successful referral we will provide you an Offer Code that provides 1 week of Gold access, up to a limit of 10 referrals
3. A successful referral is where:
a. A new user signs up to the Sikhing app and registers your unique referral code
b. The users profile must be fully completed, approved and live on the platform for at least 2 weeks
c. The new user does not need to purchase a Gold membership to be eligible
4. At the end of every month, we will send out an offer code to your registered email address. That code will unlock the Gold features based on the number of successful referrals within that month
5. If you have purchased a Gold subscription that is currently active, then you are not eligible for this program
6. We will at our sole discretion determine if a successful referral has been made
7. You cannot:
a. refer yourself
b. refer an existing user
c. someone who has recently deleted their account
8. We reserve the right to revoke or otherwise disqualify anyone in the event of suspected fraud.
9. You can only refer someone once. You can’t refer the same person multiple times.
10. There is no monetary value for a referral
